Jean Gallo Wine is a construction attorney, senior partner, and co-chair of the Construction Law Group at Fox Swibel Levin & Carroll. She is also a founding member of PWC-Chicago and a current member of both the PWC-Chicago and PWC-National boards. Jean represents owners, developers, and general contractors in complex construction matters nationwide. Having developed her practice from the ground up, she has significant experience navigating business development in the construction industry, identifying and harvesting pitch opportunities, and translating those opportunities into business relationships.
