Jamie leads the Operations Team and oversees Redmond’s corporate governance, human resources, marketing, finance, legal, and corporate giving.

As one of the few female construction executives in Chicago, Jamie has worked tirelessly to build an inclusive culture at Redmond. Since 2017, she has scaled the company from six to 44 employees and has overseen the hiring of a 40% female project team, a 33% female executive team, and a 100% female operations team. Redmond was named #7 on Crain’s Best Places to Work list in 2022, the highest ranking General Contractor on that list, and that is a direct result of Jamie’s leadership on culture, benefits, and corporate accountability.

Jamie oversees Redmond’s corporate giving, which includes perennial donations to The Center on Halsted, DIFFA, Professional Women in Construction, Sounding Boards, Last Prisoner Project, Black Contractors Owners & Executives, and P33, among others. In addition, Jamie spearheaded the creation of the Building The Next Generation Scholarship Fund in 2017, and then formalized the Redmond Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit, in 2019. Jamie serves as President of the Redmond Foundation, an organization founded with the executive team at Redmond in 2019. The foundation formalized partnerships with Chicago Public Schools & City Colleges of Chicago to fund programming and scholarships for underrepresented communities interested in Architecture, Construction, and Engineering (AEC) careers.

Jamie is on the Sponsorship Committee for Professional Women in Construction’s Chicago Chapter, an organization focused on advancing diversity in the AEC industries.

Jamie is a member of the Chicago Leadership Alliance, a former committee member for Illinois Green Alliance, and has volunteered with several local progressive political campaigns and neighborhood organizations. She also serves on the Board of Directors of World Business Chicago.
