HOLLY PEPPER, PE

Electrical Engineer / ESD now Stantec

With over five years of experience, Holly Pepper is a dynamic, efficient, and reliable electrical engineer with experience providing design for lighting, power, and control systems for new construction and renovation projects. She has a deep understanding of client requirements and applicable code. As a Professional Engineer in Illinois, Holly has proven her commitment to the industry through her rigorous project work and dedication in the community.

Holly educates high school students on the ins and outs of the architecture, construction, and engineering fields through her involvement in ACE Mentor Chicago, an organization that places a special focus on recruiting students of color and female students; groups that are significantly under-represented in the construction and design industry. Her commitment to women in the industry is also illustrated through her membership with the National Association of Professional Women in Construction (PWC), where she sits on the Mentorship and Communications committee.

For the last three years, Holly has volunteered her time to help Habitat for Humanity Chicago’s Women Build, an organization that constructs houses for Chicago women who might not otherwise be able to afford a new home. Holly also stays active with her sorority as president of the Kappa Phi Delta Alumni Board. She was also the recipient of the 2020 Illumination Award of Merit from the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) for her work on the American Admirals Club and Flagship Lounge.
