Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our Project & Development Services team. This role is responsible for leading and delivering complex real estate and construction projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, technical expertise, and a proven track record in managing projects from inception through completion.
- Minimum of 5 years of directly related experience in an engineering, construction, or project accountability role
- Minimum of 5 years of professional project management experience
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity, with demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
