As Marketing Director at Cullen Construction Management (Cullen CM), Michelle leads the brand awareness strategy, internal and external communications, and nationwide marketing initiatives that support Cullen CM's continued growth across all markets; healthcare, higher education, cultural, municipal, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. Her role bridges creation, strategy and execution, shaping Cullen CM’s market presence while working closely with leadership and project teams to share the value behind Cullen CM's work.

Tell us about an accomplishment or milestone that you are proud of. I’m most proud of helping Cullen CM grow while bringing structure, consistency, and alignment to our marketing and business development efforts during a critical growth phase. In just four years, we’ve grown from a 13-person firm to a 30-person team and expanded with new offices in Austin and Denver. Being part of shaping that growth in a thoughtful way is something I’m really proud of.
