Supported by a slideshow presentation, this live panel will review tariffs, escalation, inflation, supply and demand, and construction logistics. Upon completion, attendees will understand the current state of development, indicators for future development, management tools and local trends, all empowering you to work towards building successfully in 2026.

Marina is an Associate Director and licensed Architect at Cumming Group with 20+ years of experience in large scale, complex projects. She has a great balance between the technical aspects of construction and aesthetic requirements within the identified budget and schedule.
Etienne Nel – Managing Director Cost Management
Etienne is a Professional Quantity Surveyor and Member of the RICS who has over 20 years experience by driving project budgets and managing project costs for our Clients. Originally from South-Africa, he spent 18 years on luxury 5 star hotel & resort developments in the Middle-East and is leading the Chicago Cost Management Team for the last 6 years.
Tom Erdelac – Director Project Management
Tom is a strategic business development and project management leader with 35+ years of experience in managing and executing award-winning, multimillion-dollar projects in the commercial real estate (CRE) and design and construction sectors. His technical expertise in architecture and interior design combined with his strategic leadership skills have allowed him to successfully lead design teams of 40+ members and multiple vendors/contractors in seamlessly executing complex client projects.
