Join PWC Chicago on November 6th at Northwestern Medicine for a constructive conversation on measuring DEI progress in the AEC industry. We will discuss which key metrics are most useful to track to understand how much progress is underway with DEI initiatives; this may include turnover rates of minority groups, performance tracking, opportunities for leadership, pay equity, the hiring process and an overall feeling of inclusion. It is important to track progress for DEI initiatives to access progress and ensure a path towards continuous improvement.
