This course will teach you how to think about developing a construction schedule, the mechanics of creating a schedule, and the definition of scheduling terms.
Carie will lead this 90-minute session with a slideshow presentation, take live notes on a whiteboard, and allow for participant questions & answers. After this course you will know the important pieces of a construction schedule, how it is developed & updated, and how it can be used to your advantage.

Carie Carney, PE, CCM, LEED AP (PWC Chicago Member) has 40+ years of experience in commercial project management. Her first job in Chicagoland was Scheduling Manager for the International Terminal Project at O’Hare. She regularly teaches scheduling classes for various industry audiences.
