Difficult conversations come in many forms—from structured performance reviews to resolving everyday workplace miscommunications. Whether discussing with superiors, subordinates, or direct peers, managing these interactions is essential for self-advocacy and career advancement across all professional levels. For many women, learning how to confidently initiate difficult conversations and how to receive and implement difficult feedback, can feel like a personal struggle. Together, we will explore the professional skills needed to confidently and professionally handle these conversations. 

Participants will have the opportunity to draw from personal experience, examine unique challenges that women face in the workplace, and discuss best practices for approaching difficult conversations in a productive way. Through open and honest discussion, attendees will have the opportunity to learn from one another, gain new perspectives, and build confidence in handling difficult conversations.
