This interactive conversation is intended to be an honest, judgment-free dialogue about women’s success and equitable advancement in the industry.

Women, especially women of color, have often been underrepresented at the decision-making level in many industries. Equitable hiring and promotions are essential to ensuring that women not only enter the AEC industry but also advance within it, contributing directly to workplace culture and retention. When women see clear, fair pathways to leadership and feel their contributions are valued, they are more likely to stay, grow, and lead. 

Building a diverse workforce and implementing equitable advancement helps create a more inclusive, resilient, and forward-thinking AEC industry— one where women have real opportunities to lead and succeed. During this conversion we will discuss current challenges and barriers to advancement, real experiences and lived perspectives, how to advocate for yourself and others, and the role of leadership in allyship.
