PWC Chicago is thrilled to announce our 2025 Spring Panel "Constructing Careers: Unconventional Paths to the AEC Industry". Our panel of accomplished professionals will explore various entry paths into the industry for candidates without a related 4-year degree. Topics will include strategies for companies to set these candidates up for success as well as the long-term benefits of supporting individuals with diverse work experiences. Join us to hear inspiring stories from those who have successfully entered the industry through non-traditional routes along with insights from employers who are developing programs specifically to support their professional development.

The PWC Chicago bi-annual panel events gather industry leaders to discuss engaging topics that aim to expand knowledge and introduce diverse perspectives. In addition to the moderated panel, these events also include networking opportunities. Events are open to PWC Members and the public. Light bites and drinks are included in the ticket price.

Refund/Transfer Policy: Tickets are transferable and refundable until April 17th by contacting info@pwcchicago.org. No refunds will be issued after 4/17. After 4/17 tickets are transferable by sending someone to the check-in table at the event.
