Specializing in accessibility building code consulting, we bridge design and construction on a variety of projects including multifamily housing, senior living, hospitality, and corporate developments. We use our intimate familiar with requirements of the Fair Housing Act Accessibility Requirements for buildings, IBC/ANSI A117.1 Accessibility Standards, and the Americans with Disabilities Act Standards for Accessible Design to complete third party plan reviews, construction reviews, existing conditions surveys and due diligence surveys. Over the last decade, we have consulted on hundreds of multifamily and hotel projects throughout the country.
