As a Senior Principal and MEP Engineering Leader at SmithGroup, she drives innovative mechanical, electrical, and plumbing strategies that elevate sustainability and accelerate progress toward low‑carbon futures. Her national leadership is further demonstrated through her role on the ASHRAE Decarbonization 2026 Steering Committee and her voting membership on ASHRAE TC 6.8, where she helps shape industry standards for geothermal and heat recovery technologies.
