She has advised business owners in matters involving government regulations\, contracts\, insurance\, and employment and labor-related issues including representing clients before union trade boards. Ms. Hesse has handled a wide variety of construction matters in court and in arbitration\, including mechanics liens\, delay and defective work claims. She has represented owners\, general contractors\, subcontractors and suppliers. Ms. Hesse is married to Emmett A. Hesse (a Local 265 sheet metal owner). They have three children: a graduate of Indiana University\, a junior at University of Illinois\, and a freshman at University of South Carolina.
