Originally a 1912 Chase & Sanborn Coffee Company warehouse, the building at 325 N. Wells was transformed in 1985 with the addition of the striking two-story glass penthouse for Helene Curtis Industries' executive offices and boardroom. Today, this distinctive penthouse is home to the DIRTT Chicago Experience Center, continuing the space's legacy of innovation and forward-thinking design.


Continua is a Chicago-based integrated interiors provider and DIRTT Construction Partner, providing prefabricated architectural solutions for workplace, healthcare and education environments.
