Join PWC Chicago for our next Candid Convo, hosted by Gold Sponsor Bulley & Andrews and moderated by members of the PWC Chicago DEI Committee -  Holding Space: Caring for Ourselves, Our Teams, and Our Families. This interactive conversation is intended to be an honest, judgment-free dialogue about navigating the realities of work-life balance in our industry.

We’ll explore what it means to care for ourselves while showing up for our families, project teams, and clients—especially when demands are high and schedules are unpredictable. Together, we’ll share practices that help us set healthy boundaries, recognize burnout, and advocate for what we need to thrive.

Grounded in the Associated General Contractor’s Culture of Care principles, this session will highlight how we can foster psychological safety, inclusion, and empathy on our jobsites and in our offices. Participants will be invited to share stories, challenges, and strategies that have worked for them.

You’ll leave with practical ideas you can apply immediately, as well as a stronger sense of community and support across the organization. Whether you’re leading teams, supporting projects, or holding it all together at home, this Candid Convo is designed to give you space to reflect, connect, and be heard.
